Written in pen. Stamped and mailed by us.

Send a handwritten postcard from a photo.

Your photo goes on the front. Your note gets written out in pen on the back, in a handwriting you pick or one traced from your own. We print it, stamp it, and mail it. $4 a card, anywhere in the US.

About two minutes. Log in and your handwriting is saved for next time.

That's the real pen path for this note, drawing itself.

How it works

Four steps. You do three of them.

Photo, note, address. We take it from there.

01 — Photo

Add a photo

It fills the front of the card. Drag it around, zoom, straighten — what you set is what prints.

02 — Handwriting

Pick a hand

Five styles to choose from. Or send us one photo of your own writing and we build a font from it.

03 — Note

Write the note

Type it. The pen draws it with the small wobble and uneven spacing a hand leaves behind.

04 — Address

Say where it goes

Their address, and yours if you want it on the back. Check it over, then it's on its way.

Real photos, real notes, four different hands.

Under the hood

It's a pen, not a handwriting font

The note is turned into a single continuous line and drawn by a plotter pen. Letters get a little rotation, the baseline drifts, each stroke has a slight tremor. Spacing is measured off the actual ink so long words don't crash into each other.
